The company is seeking proposals from newly constructed or existing wind power projects for the supply of renewable electric power, energy and also renewable energy certificates (RECs) that comply with the requirements of North Carolina’s renewable energy and efficiency portfolio standard (REPS). There is a size minimum of 5 megawatts (MW) in the RFP.
